I have been going here for years last few times the wait has long online check in system is terrible went in today thought I checked in after 30 minutes I checked and I did not finish check in the girl who helped me said it put me to back of line will never go back

I want your greater clips January 4th and the problem I have they do not support people has Medical issues with the mask is a I told them I wouldn't have anxiety attack they did not care and also I had my certified service dog with me it is pretty bad when they don't support Americans Disability Act

We visited this location Sunday afternoon at 4:30. While waiting I witnessed the receptionist telling 2 separate customers that "The wait time is 15 mins and we close at 5." It was 4:45. She was asked by 1 customer if they signed in since it was still 15 minutes before close if they could still get a hair cut today. She said "I would suggest not signing in." I've never personally had a problem. Everyone is usually very nice and pleasant. But this receptionist was rude. She was rude when I came in at 4:30 to get my son a haircut. She was extremely rude to the 2 customers arriving 15 mins before close (only 1 person on the wait list). And then she proceeded to tell the story of 'people trying to come in too close to closing' at the front counter. Very unprofessional.
