My son has been going here for years and we have never had a problem with any stylist. However, we have had to stop going here because of the terrible odor that I assume is the fault of the strip mall owner. If they get it fixed or move we would definitely go back. We went and just powered through it a few times, but I can't stand sitting there smelling that awful smell that long. I'm honestly surprised no other reviews mentioned it.

FREE HAIRCUT CARD - WOULD NOT HONOR - CHARGED ME! I let them know I had a free haircut card when I came in. No one told me it was only for an upgrade (which was a lie anyway). IT was for a FREE haircut - see image below. Once my haircut was finished, I was leaving and they told me the card was only good for an upgrade to their regular haircut and charged me! I didn't want to make a scene so I paid and left. I called them the next day and told them what happened. The assistant manager told me I should not have been charged. They told me they could not refund me, it was company policy to not refund, they could only give me a free haircut. WHY would I want a free haircut from someone who tries to scam/steal from their customers? The haircut I did receive that I HAD to pay for, wasn't what I requested - I sure don't want another like that. I told her to use a number 2 size guard, which she did not use! I just wanted out of there. Sad service! My credit card company will get my money back from them. MY SUGGESTION, DO NOT GO HERE - ESPECIALLY WITH A FREE HAIRCUT COUPON!

Absolutely the best place in knoxville to get a haircut
